ジャカルタ コンドミニアムの販売金額が２００７年以来過去最高

ジャカルタの２０１２年第三四半期のコンドミニアム販売額は対前期比６６％増加だそうです。
低金利、都市部に住みたいという人々の需要、そして建設が進んでいることが要因とのこと。

Condominium Sales Jumps 66% in Q3/2012

condominium (strata title) sales in Jakarta on QIII/2012 reached 3,915 units, increased 66% compared with the previous quarter. This is the highest sales per quarter since 2007.

Jones Lang LaSalle Indonesia Head of Research Anton Sitorus said many factors that spurred the high sales amount such as low interest rate, many people who want to stay in the middle of the city, and new condominium projects.

“Strata title condominium sales in QIII/2012 is the largest per quarter since 2007. From January until September 2012, 8,300 units of strata title condominium have been sold, while 6,200 units have been sold in 2007,” said Anton in Jakarta Property Market Q3 Review exposure, Wednesday (10/17).

He explained that most of the strata title condominiums sold in QIII/2012 are that of the lower middle segment as many as 1,893 units or 48%, followed by the middle segment as many as 1,562 units or 40%, and the upper middle segment as many as 4,60 units or 12%.

"We estimate that by the end of this year, more than 10,000 to 11,000 units of strata title condominiums have been sold," he added. (T07/msw)
