インドネシア LIPPO、債券発行で資金を調達し、不動産開発に充当

シンガポールREITのLIPPO　MALLS　INDONESIAN TRUSTとFIRST　REITのスポンサーであるLIPPOの債券発行は成功し、十分な資金を調達できたようです。インドネシアの不動産市場の成長性を期待しての資金を多く集めることができたとのこと

LIPPOはここで得た資金をショッピングモールや病院の建設資金にあてるとのことです。

Lippo Karawaci issues US$100 million senior bonds

This bond is an addition to the previous US$150 million bonds issued by the company so that the total value reached US$250 million.

Moody's rated the new bond that will mature in 2019 with B1, while S&P and Fitch rated the bond with BB- stable. The bond will be issued at price of 105.25 with 5.879% yields.

According to PT Millenium Danatama Sekuritas Analyst Probo Sujono, the new bond was oversubscribed due to small level of risk and yield offered by the company.

“Moreover, property sector particularly residential is currently booming and showing an increasing trend,” he told Bisnis when contacted on Tuesday (10/16).

Lippo Karawaci President Director Ketut Budi Wijaya said the company will use the bond proceeds to continue its expansion in developing hospital, retail mall, and other necessities.

“The successful issuance of Lippo Karawaci’s bonds with its aggressive pricing reflects the market confidence on the company’s strategy, business, growth prospect, and management,” he explained
