ARAアセットマネジメントがDynasty REITをIPO予定

下記引用記事によると、Suntec REITやFortune　REITを運営するARAアセットマネジメントが中国の物件を組み入れたREITをシンガポール市場でIPOする予定とのこと。

名前はDyanstyですか、仰々しい名前ですね。通貨は人民元建てだそうです。

Li Ka-Shing-Linked Dynasty REIT to Launch Near $800 Million Singapore IPO This Week -Sources

If successful, ARA-sponsored Dynasty REIT's offering will be Singapore's first IPO to be sold in the Chinese currency and the second such flotation outside mainland China. Mr. Li, one of Asia's richest men, was also behind the first offshore yuan IPO--the $1.6 billion offering in Hong Kong last year of Hui Xian REIT, which has stakes in Beijing office properties and is managed by Singapore-listed ARA.

Dynasty REIT plans to sell over 1 billion units in the IPO and could file its preliminary prospectus to the Monetary Authority of Singapore as early as Tuesday, the people said.

ARA, a manager of offices, shopping malls, and logistics assets across Asia, said last month it had received approval from the Singapore Exchange to proceed with the listing of Dynasty REIT.

The fund manager plans to inject three Chinese commercial properties into Dynasty REIT's initial portfolio. The assets are located in Shanghai, Nanjing and Dalian.
