引用した記事によると、ジャカルタの新築ビルは環境に配慮した建物でなくてはならないそうです。いわゆるエコフレンドリー規制が導入されるようです。

50000平方メートル以上のオフィスビルや20000平方メートル以上のホテル、10000兵法メートル以上の学校などが対象となります。

規制の内容は、新しい建物には、エネルギーや水の効率的なシステムなどが導入されなければならないようです。

新興国は環境対応は２の次という印象をもっていますが、このような規制がインドネシアで導入されたりすると、新興国関連でも環境はビジネスになってくるかもしれませんね。

環境関連で技術の蓄積のある日本の建設会社や電機メーカーなどに大きなビジネスチャンスとなりそうですね。環境関連技術にシフトするというパナソニックなど有望ではないでしょうか？

New buildings in Jakarta must meet eco-friendly requirements

The existing and new buildings owned by the government and private parties in Jakarta should meet the requirements of eco-friendly building as of April 2013, following the application of Governor Regulation No. 38/2012 about Green Building.

Head of Jakarta Building Supervision and Control Putu Indiana stated the new regulation is valid for office building, shop, apartment, multifunctional building with an area of more than 50,000 m2, hotel and health facility with an area of more than 20,000 m2, and educational facility with an area of more than 10,000 m2.

Based on the new regulation, the green building criteria include conservation and efficiency of energy, conservation and efficiency of water, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, management of land and waste, implementation of building construction period, and ensuring the building design covers climate change adaptation elements. Such criteria are evaluated every 5 years. (T06/aph
