ジャカルタの一等地価格はアジア諸都市間で最高の上昇率に

ジャカルタの一等地の価格の上昇率は１９．２％（年率）となり、2012年第２四半期では最高の成長率となったようです。

ジョンラングラサールによれば、インドネシア国民の購買力の高まりや低金利を要因としてジャカルタの一等地は他のアジア諸都市の一等地の価格上昇率をアウトパフォームするだろうと予測しています。

ジャカルタのつぎに、フィリピンのマニラが続き、一方で香港、シンガポール、上海、北京といったところは８％程度の上昇率となるだろうとしています。

Jakarta’s luxury property price highest in Asia

The luxury property price in Jakarta grew 19.2% (year-on-year) in second quarter of 2012, the highest in Asia.

Country Head of Jones Lang Lasalle Indonesia Todd Lauchlan stated that Jakarta again outperformed other Asian countries in the luxury property sector as it’s supported by higher people’s purchasing power and consumer’s price as well as lower interest rate.

“We expect this trend will continue for the rest of the year in line with the projection that Jakarta will record the strongest price growth in luxury property sector in Asia by 2012,” as written in the press release sent to Bisnis on Wednesday (8/15/2012).

In the Jones Lang Lasalle’s report entitled Asia Pacific Residential Index Q2/2012, Manila as the capital city of Philippines followed in second place below Jakarta with 10.5% growth. Meanwhile, the price in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing narrowed to 8%.

Other property research and consulting company, Knight Frank Indonesia, also recorded 28.5% growth in price of luxury property in Jakarta throughout the second quarter of 2012 compared to the achievement in the same period last year.

The growth was the second highest in the world after Bangkok’s luxury property price surged 28.8% in second quarter this year compared to the achievement in the same period of 2011.
